Koi saaya jilmilaaya.. and God bless...and (n-1)!!

Am positive most of you guys have not heard that song... here is a link to this must-hear. The album is called Hazir(Hariharan+Zakir hussain), and its absolutely the best ever. My dad experiences hysterical ecstacy when he hears a distant strain of Hazir, and his attempting to emulate hariharan's impossible improvisations despite inevitable disappointment is a sight to behold!
The reason why I am bringing this up is our very own Section A online jukebox here on campus, called Radio Fatli, named after its founder, previously known as Anurag Singh.. He plays these request songs and special playlists, and day before yesterday happened to be ghazal night, on repeated requests from yours truly... and that night too passed.. peaceful music did help, even if only marginally, when i was getting entangled in the web of operating leases and deferred tax liabilities.. at the end of the night, there was at least something good to look back on..

[break to go get the answer scripts of an Individual Dynamic Quiz..fingers crossed..]
[am back! 10/10.. collar up! after god knows how long, some decent score to show! i really am building up quite a rapport with ID TA i guess.. but thats not for public discussion,so...]

==========================

Yesterday being blog day, i failed in my duty in not linkin to new-found blogs..

Highly Recommended:

Sleepless-in-iima : Blog of Tattu, previously known as Oka, and almost never known as Karthik. IIMA classmate, and rotfl funny transcripts of classroom lectures and more here...

Sine-Qua-Non : Tankhi, previously called Suze and almost never called Sujatha(except affectionately by our Profs probably).. She is union-leader material, eyebrow-raising-dancer, and quite a handful of a dramatist.

Nivedhitha: Nivy to the world.. Du to me...My newest Thangai, and a new-found poet. Dancer, singer, what not.

Ionic imbalance: Rad, never called Radhika Viswanathan. We never knew she blogged, did we?

=========================

My hindi exploits here are already part of iima folklore, and someone try figuring out what these mean.. My northie classmates are awestruck, to say the least ;)

1) raasthe hain jaane ka (at saiyaan for an amazing Manac rem!)

2) tum dono badaa pathar badaa samay!! (at sebi and saiyaan for an amazing joint-manac rem!)

3) Yeh kya roti dhimaag hai? (in conversation with Dopey...)

4) Main aadhmi-thandaa ka dabbaa pad rahaa hoon.. (D-babbling...)

Cheers!
(Ah, now these pearls of wisdom wont be lost forever to mankind..)

more in this highly disconnected post...

jus back from collecting the second quiz answer sheets of the day... Economics it was... considerin that my previous scores were a zero and an 'A', today was good enough... God Bless (n-1)....but there is more to life, really. I collected Momo's answer sheets too, and actually cribbed and got HIM 2 extra marks that i thought he deserved! Sebi's handshake at my noble deed in this evil place made my day..On my way back, all that i saw seemed rehearsed. One of the many pigeons on campus, flew so close to my right ear like she was applauding for me to hear, and then, weirdest of weird things, the lone peacock on campus decides to spread its feathers and stare straight into my eyes under the 3:45 sun... I stood there for half a min, and then hurried back to inscribe it here..
K Girsh, you are a good man...

Now I guess I have found out the reason for ur sparse blogging nowadays...

Samba continued, "Then some other guy asked a question. To which the professor said, 'How can you be wrong, you are the kadavul, or some word like that. I dont know what it means. But it sure did shock that guy."
